HTC Vive deals: Get ready for VR fun with the Pro Starter Kit at its best price ever

We've already seen some of the lowest prices of the year in day one of Prime Day, with particular highlights sitting on PS5 accessories and PC peripherals. However, there's plenty more where that came from.

HTC Vive deals: Pro Starter Kit hits lowest price ever in stunning sale

Everyone can get behind this massive 78% discount (opens in new tab) on Far Cry 6 - we're seeing a stunning $12.99 sales price across PS5, PS4, and Xbox right now. That's perfect if you've been waiting to grab the latest instalment for pennies. We previously saw this price shoot down to $14.99 last month, but that extra $2 makes all the difference on Prime Day.

This is a brand new record low price on the trusty Samsung 980 Pro PS5 SSD - we've never seen it drop below $160 before today. You are getting a slightly smaller 1TB model at $139.99 ($90 off) (opens in new tab), but you'll also find a record low $249.99 sales price (opens in new tab) on the 2TB model as well (was $399.99). Both of these speedy bois are between $20 and $40 off their lowest ever price right now.

The Samsung Odyssey G5 is just $10 away from its lowest ever price in Amazon's Prime Day deals, landing at just $299.99 (opens in new tab) thanks to a full $80 discount. You're getting the 32-inch model here, with all its QHD, 144Hz refresh rate glory. This is an excellent budget panel, and just so happens to be the one I'm using to watch all these deals roll through on!

We thought we'd see these gamepads up for sale again this Prime Day, and here they are. Anyone in need of a new PS5 controller (and who missed out on this price last month) should check out this $10.99 discount across the full range of DualSense colorways. You're getting the official gamepad for its lowest ever price right now - just $59 (was $69.99) (opens in new tab) - that's a cost we've only ever seen once before.

Compatible with Xbox and PC, the Logitech G920 racing wheel has hurtled its way down the price track today. There's a massive $110 discount on this otherwise-$300 force feedback wheel, bringing us down to just $189.99 (opens in new tab). That's just $1 away from the lowest price we've ever seen (and such a cost hasn't been spotted since Black Friday three whole years ago).

Hmmmm ok, as a brand new OnStar equipt vehicle owner you are entitled to 12 months of OnStar service 'complimentary', this is essentially built in to the price of your vehicle. I would call and inquire as to why you are only getting 3 months. If for some reason they insist that you are only getting 3 months, call your dealership and ask them why this is. Sometimes the dealer activates an OnStar acount prematurely and a sale falls through, the account is never cancelled. Normally the dealership would top up the service so you get your full free year in a case like this.

The Nintendo Virtual Boy (originally known as VR-32) was a 3D gaming console that was hyped to be the first ever portable console that could display true 3D graphics. It was first released in Japan and North America at a price of $180 but it was a commercial failure despite price drops. The reported reasons for this failure were a lack of colour in graphics (games were in red and black), there was a lack of software support and it was difficult to use the console in a comfortable position. The following year they discontinued its production and sale. 2ff7e9595c
